Product Introduction
Plate freezers are usually used to freeze brick-shaped products in molds or boxes. In plate freezers, refrigerant can circulate in thin channels inside the plates. Packaged products are firmly pressed between the plates. High heat transfer rates can be obtained between packaged products and evaporation plates.

*It is ideal for freezing fish, shrimp, meat, poultry, offal, ready-to-eat foods in trays or boxes.
*Refrigerant can be Freon, ammonia or carbon dioxide
*Made of food-grade aluminum resistant to seawater. The 25mm thick square aluminum plate has high strength, high corrosion resistance and high thermal conductivity. The plate is welded automatically with minimal deformation.
* The outer shell is insulated with a piece of polyurethane foam to ensure a strong structure and minimize cold loss by eliminating joints.
* The outer shell of the square plate freezer is stainless steel. It can withstand harsh marine environments and is easy to clean.
* PTFE leak-free flexible hose connector, flange or threaded connection.
The hose is covered with a 304L stainless steel braid.
High efficiency
The freezing plate is a professionally designed plate evaporator to ensure that the refrigerant flows evenly and smoothly, so that the surface temperature of the plate is uniform and consistent, and high heat transfer efficiency is achieved.
The freezing plate is an aluminum alloy plate, manufactured using the welding process and equipment of MLLER Company in the United States, with good welding quality, flat plate surface and small deformation. The overall plate is anodized, and a uniform and dense oxide film is formed on the plate surface, which is corrosion-resistant, uniform heat transfer, and good freezing effect.
The liquid inlet and return air flow ducts adopt single-plate liquid inlet and return air, with short process and small flow resistance.
The liquid inlet and return air headers are made of stainless steel to meet food safety and hygiene requirements.
Reliable
The frame and yoke rod are made of hot-dip galvanized material or stainless steel profiles, which have strong corrosion resistance.
The liquid inlet and return pipes connected to the freezing plate are made of stainless steel bellows, which fluctuate freely in low temperature environments, can be used frequently for a long time, and have high reliability.
Professionally designed hydraulic system and multiple protection devices ensure long-term and stable operation of the equipment. The oil pump adopts a high-precision vane pump with compact structure, stable operation, low noise, small pressure and flow pulsation, and long service life. The oil cylinder adopts a stainless steel cylinder body and the oil seal is imported to ensure reliable operation of the hydraulic system.
Compatibility
The refrigerants used in the standard design of the freezing plate are R717 and R22; R404A, R744 or other refrigerants can be used according to the actual requirements of customers.
The width design of the freezing plate takes into account the convenience of loading and unloading for operators.
