* Application :

Widely used in fishing, aquatic products and meat products processing, mainly for block freezing of fish, surimi, shrimp, minced meat and meat part etc.

* Project description:

1)Assembled steel frame are hot dip galvanized, with features of anti-corrosion under low temperature and high humidity condition. The whole structure is steady with longer service life.

2)The evaporating plates are pressed and contact foods directly, tracked by hydraulic system. The plate freezer has features of fast freezing speed, high efficiency, energy-saving, good hygiene condition, small location occupation, and can be operated under normal temperature. It can minimize the weight loss and ensure the freshness of foods.

3)We use Aluminum-magnesium alloy section for the plates. It has features of light weight,    gloss finish, reasonable structure, good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance.

4)The enclosure uses high strength frame structure and completely PU foaming, to make sure the frame will not deform under big pressure. We use imported foaming material with good insulation features. The cover sheet is SUS304 stainless steel material (thickness=0.8mm), which surface is smooth.

5)There are 11 plates inside the structure, of which the top one is connected to piston rod of oil cylinder. We use stainless steel hoses for liquid supply and return for each plate. Gasket seals are PTFE. 

6)The hydraulic system composes oil cylinder, hydraulic manifold block and hydraulic station. Cylinders are at both sides of plate freezer. High quality seals with deicing copper rings. Hydraulic manifold block are Sun Hydraulics products from USA.  The rise and fall of evaporating plates are steadily controlled. Hydraulic station is at option, we can supplytogether with the freezer at customer’s requirement.
